Software Engineer

Agile/Scrum Coach that will work across Engineering, Product, and PMO Teams. Role will be based within Engineering organization that has Customer Service Platform, Sales Tech, and Marketing Tech.

Agile / Coach primary job tasks:

• Cultivate an Agile mindset so that every team member can approach problems. Improve engagement between digital teams and their stakeholders.
• Work with existing teams to analyze current processes and workflows, and to design a strategy for adopting agile best practices.
• Train employees (individually and teams) to understand the agile, and the agile practices that need to be adopted necessary for transformation.
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization.
• Guide teams in how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches to ensure that overall goals are met.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility.
• Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices
• Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth continuous work delivery
• Enables teams to implement and manage scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives to deliver features consistently and efficiently, while driving continuous improvement
