•    Own the production, development, and maintenance of all aspects of BI solutions – ETL, Data Quality, Visualization, Documentation, and Support
•    Hands-on professional who can perform deep-dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents
•    Design and build BI dashboards in short timeframes via rapid prototyping and agile development
•    Apply advanced visualization techniques to reveal business insights
•    Perform rigorous data analysis to proactively identify any inconsistencies or data quality issues. Provide recommendations for improvements
•    Develop a strong understanding of different data sources, and strategically implement data flow for robustness and scalability
•    Demonstrate ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and data analytics into business insights

What do you need to bring- 

·       2~4 years of experience in leading and delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence Solutions (analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions).

·       Minimum 2 years of experience managing ETL of data from multiple sources using Advanced SQL, BQ, and Jupyter Notebooks

·       Minimum 2 years of Experience in Tableau / Looker 

·       Strong critical thinking skills; ability to devise innovative solutions 

·       Experience in Model Automation tools like UC4 is desired 

·       Strong analytical skills including experience, familiarity, and ease with analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets 

·       Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and different teams to deliver BI solutions efficiently 

·       Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to function well independently as well as in a team 

·       Follow Agile Methodology. 

·       Experience in documentation in Confluence & SharePoint
