PayPal's Consumer Engineering team is looking for a Sr. Manager of Business Operations. This position will focus on supporting and coordinating PayPal's CISO and Leadership Team with all aspects of business operations. This role has the ability to work directly with PayPal’s Consumer Engineering Organization (CE), Office of the CTO (OCTO), and the broader Technology organization. In addition, they will have the opportunity to work on topics that have direct and significant impact to PayPal as a company.

Your way to impact:

This role significantly impacts the entire Consumer Engineering team, by leading and managing the organizations business operations.  This touches almost every part of the team’s daily experience and enables each member of the organization to achieve success in their roles.  It also directly influences and guides the decisions of the CE Leadership team, while coordinating with the Office of the CTO and other Technology Chief of Staffs.

Your day to day:

• Manage the Consumer Engineering Business Operations team

• Drive accountability with the CE Hiring Ramp, WFP Principles and Hiring practices

• Drive and manage the CE budget and expense management process

• Coordinate all operating cadences for CE

• Help to coordinate and drive CE strategy and priorities

• Coordinate with the OCTO CoS community

• Help to coordinate Board obligations

• Coordinate OCTO Operating Review Cadences

• Help to coordinate offsites and leadership meetings

• Help to coordinate Quarterly-Town Halls

• Help to coordinate team engagement opportunities

•              Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

•              Ability to organize and coordinate in complex situations

•              Detail oriented

•              Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams at the same time

•              Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
