Principal Automation Engineer

We are seeking an outstanding Principal Automation Engineer, leading the non-functional testing agenda in the organization such as performance, longevity, stress, and scalability. Be the architect of non-functional benchmark and automation tools.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Lead and define company’s non-functional testing strategy
• Define and implement the performance benchmark framework and tools 
• Overseeing the development of new features and modules
• Working closely with product and development teams on performance issues
• Mentoring and supporting the personal growth of the automation engineers in the team 
• Supporting production cycle and customer-related issues 

Your Work Experience 

• BSc. in computer science or an equivalent experience 
• At least 5 years of experience in development and architecture of automation infrastructure
• At least 3 years of experience in performance oriented infra/test - Must 
• Experience with Python - big advantage
• Experience working on cloud technologies such as AWS , Azure, and Kubernetes
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully with engineers, product owners and business stakeholders
• Experience with large-scale production systems
• Knowledge of Linux / Unix
• Experience of Agile and Lean product development methodologies

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Tel Aviv office to maximise collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
