We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to lead project management for our CEO, ensuring efficiency and transparency across initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. You will be managing internal systems and generating insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of our company.

What you'll do:

• Lead the CEO’s tasks and projects, ensuring efficiency and timely completion
• Provide regular updates on key projects, maintaining transparency across the company
• Manage the CEO’s agenda, meeting notes and professional CRM with high accuracy
• Generate simple, insightful BI reports to support data-driven decisions
• Efficiently manage key processes and systems, including Notion system and other tools, resulting in increased productivity and operational efficiency
• This role will report to our COO

What you'll bring:

• Growth mindset and ability to work in high-stress environments
• Proven project management experience in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with BI tools, with strong office software skills
• Strong quantitative analysis ability with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Creative thinker who pays close attention to details and seeks efficiency
• Capable of delivery quality work within tight deadlines
• Understanding of business operations, project management and BI
• Self-motivated and detail-obsessed
• Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience with Notion is a plus
• Must be based in NY.

What You'll Get:

Our Project Manager to the CEO compensation package includes an annual salary ranging between $100,000-$140,000 (based on candidate's experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for equity and benefits including:
