Senior Software Engineer

The Challenge

The Senior Front-End/React Developer role works as an integral member of the R&D Engineering team. The primary responsibilities are in delivering delightful and robust experiences to our customers with a focus on polished UI and intuitive UX. The ideal candidate is up to the challenge to make Information Security and Privacy workflows intuitive and frictionless for users to get their work done.

Your Mission:

• Break down complex work to smaller slices of incremental functionality that the team can implement Offer support and be supported by your fellow engineers through continuous feedback in design and code reviews and demos.

Solve business challenges with the Product Development Engineering team to develop features for OneTrust’s GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) product line. Collaborate with your feature team through problem discovery and solution design to deliver high-quality code within our Agile SDLC.

• • Provide leadership & mentorship to less experienced team member

What we’re looking for:

• Have 5+ years of experience in an agile development environment.
• Are fluent in React.js and its core principles.
• Have experience with Redux or a similar state management library.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of UI design and delivering delightful experiences to the end user.
• Embrace a code review culture and follow automated testing best practices.
• Design and write well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code. Ï Have excellent verbal and asynchronous communication skills.
• Enjoy collaboration with your team members. Ï Take personal ownership over the features and functionality that you build, championing them through the development process.
