Data Center Deployment Project Manager

We seek a Senior Data Center Deployment Project Manager to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be based in Memphis. As a key NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists (Professional Services) team member, we seek a senior service delivery manager with experience in project delivery in data center environments. In this role, the service delivery manager will handle the project through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production.

What you will be doing:

• Be the NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team's leader on-site, representing NVIDIA towards the end customer and the delivery partners.

• Identify risks and mitigate them immediately.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators.

• Understand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.

• Ensure that company and customer's requirements are produced to standard promptly.

• Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.

• Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.

• Lead sophisticated installations, report and advance all observed problems to accurate operational partner concern points.

• Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers.

• Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely.

• Be willing to work irregular hours as the need arises

What we need to see:

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery management in Data Center environments

• Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products

• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment- installation and maintenance

• Ability to work directly with customers

• Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams

• Superb communication and presentation/oral skills

• Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision

• Candidate must reside in Memphis, Tennessee and available to be hired immediately.

The base salary range is 116,000 USD - 230,000 USD.
