We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our team at CLR (Contracting, Licensing, Registrations). As a key member of our diverse team, you will play a crucial role in supporting field onboarding processes and driving data-driven decision-making across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and product partners to determine reporting priorities and support day-to-day operations
  • Design, build, and support analytics and reporting systems
  • Build analytical and operational reports to promote field growth and enhance day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and enhance the existing data platform, including real-time data streaming, data aggregation, and Power BI dataset creation
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure and data pipelines using AWS, DMS, and Terraform
  • Ensure data accuracy through comprehensive testing, including unit testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing
  • Support API development for data consumption and analytics needs
  • Demonstrate reports to business stakeholders and possess strong business communication skills
  • Work effectively in a rapidly changing, sprint-based agile development environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of data engineering and analytics experience
  • Extensive experience with ETL/replications solutions like Spark, DMS etc
  • Strong knowledge of AWS database offerings, including Redshift, MySQL, and Aurora
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices: GIT, CI/CD, Terraform, Monitoring, and Logging
  • Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, SparkSQL, and REST API consumption
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for report building and backend dataset management
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies: unit testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing
  • Ability to adapt to existing frameworks built on Spark and JavaScript
  • Experience translating business user needs into technical solutions with a focus on performance and accessibility
  • Practical application of data warehousing concepts, methodologies, and frameworks using traditional (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.) and modern (SparkSQL, Hadoop, Kafka) distributed technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and serverless computing
  • Understanding of data governance and data security best practices

  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies for advanced analytics
  • Knowledge of stream processing frameworks like Apache Kafka

Pay Range - Start:

$100,030.00

Pay Range - End:

$185,770.00
