About This Job 

This is a unique opportunity to lead the Project Management function at CGA by NIQ, where your strategic vision will directly impact the success of a dynamic and rapidly scaling organisation. As the Head of Project Management, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our project portfolios with business goals, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture.

What You'll Do 

  • Strategic Leadership: define and communicate the vision and strategy for the Project Management function, ensuring alignment with CGA by NIQ’s business goals. Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure project portfolios align with our strategic objectives. 

  • Process Optimisation and Governance: Refine and enhance project management processes, frameworks, and methodologies to meet the evolving needs of the business. Monitor and uphold standards for project quality, compliance, and governance. 

  • Team Development and Culture: Foster a high-performance culture by providing mentorship, professional development opportunities, and regular performance evaluations for team members. 

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation, driving synergy and aligning cross-functional efforts. 

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the successful delivery of the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap. Act as the escalation point for critical project risks, issues, and scope changes, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with company objectives. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned into the team’s practices and processes. 

  • Project Leadership: Lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved and value is realized.

Qualifications  

  • A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 

  • Proven expertise in managing complex project portfolios aligned with organisational strategy. 

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with experience optimising processes and driving efficiencies 

  • A deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks 

  • A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
