So, what’s the role all about?

NICE is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join a new Illuminate AI (Artificial Intelligence) product.

 As a Member of NICE's new AI products, you will be part of a dynamic, bright team and Work closely with Architects and Products to bring NICE new AI products to the market. 

You will Work on LLM infrastructures and Design and implement robust, large-scale, distributed solutions as part of an enterprise-level system.

• preparing robust and scalable codebases, ensuring high performance and maintainability through meticulous design and architecture.
• Enhancing system efficiency and reliability will be a priority, achieved through rigorous testing and optimization procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Implementing best practices and staying abreast of emerging trends that will allow us to contribute effectively to the evolution of the products and technologies.

Have you got what it takes?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in server-side .NET Core C# 
• Strong OOP design and coding skills. 
• Design patterns 
• Versatility skills, ability to work on several types of projects and technologies. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment. 
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to tackle projects with a can-do attitude. 
• Strong verbal and written English skills. 
• Experience in AWS 
• Experience with REST API and Microservices 

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Knowledge of LLM (Large Language Model) 
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
