Lead Software Engineer - Logging Integrations

• Be accountable for timely and predictable delivery of end user artifacts (public container images, configuration, and packages) with very low defect rates to support integrations
• Maintain and improve a framework for end-to-end testing and validation of data flow through a complex series of applications, APIs, SDKs, message brokers, and services
• Follow and contribute to various open source projects that customers rely on to receive, process, and forward log messages while ensuring support across multiple tool chains
• Create scalable, maintainable, and reliable real-time data integration services and tools capable of efficiently handling extremely high volumes of data and diverse configurations
• Lead and mentor a talented group of engineers to successfully complete critical projects with multiple stakeholders while adhering to reliability, quality, and security standards
