About the position:

This is an amazing opportunity to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.  You will work closely with customers and partners as your primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues and will be the customers’ advocate for issues that require assistance from the HQ Support team.  You will provide feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base.  This is a highly impactful role – You will have a compelling opportunity to impact the business and advance your career.

Responsibilities: 

- Tasks to develop with partners.

  1. Create a lab environment to deliver workshops to partners.
  2. Write technical documentation on PoV best practices and demonstration guides.
  3. Tracking the assignment and use of partner tenants.
  4. Inviting, recording and tracking partner event activities.
  5. Reporting and collection of metrics on partner technical competencies.
  6. Detailed follow up of the technical enablement plan across the region.

- Tasks to develop with customers.

  1. Work with the Commercial Account Manager to deliver the first technical meeting with an effective demonstration pitch.
  2. Help to the Solutions Engineering team to respond RFPs in local language using different tools.
  3. Record videos to share our technology in a fresh and easy to digest way.
  4. Assist in the homologation process by working with the assigned SE to optimize the time to complete it.

- Tasks to develop inside Netskope.

  1. Build and maintain an internal confluence page for LATAM to have a single repository for all the content and initiatives across the region.
  2. Build and maintain the knowledge base to respond RFPs using existing tools and adapting them to Spanish language.
  3. Create and maintain golden RFPs that reflect competitive advantages over competitors in local language to share with customers.

Requirements:

  1. High level of English is a must
