Job Summary

To work as a member of the Security Engineering Team on projects involving test strategy, manual and automation testing of features related to Security, Zero Trust, Authentication, Key Management, IPSEC and related items in Storage domain
•    Work closely with development team to understand feature design, come up with test strategy and test cases.
•    Automating test cases written and executed as part of new feature testing; enabling automated regression runs for subsequent releases
•    Triage failures and determining root cause, filing defects in the Defect Tracking System and driving them to closure
•    Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.

Job Requirements

•    Experience in developing automated tests using Python programming
•    Experience in designing and building Python based automated test frameworks for API and UI testing
•    Experience testing REST-based API
•    Strong background Linux or other Unix-like Operating Systems
•    Familiar with security concepts : IAM, AD, OpenSSH, PKI, OAuth, OIDC 
•    Go Lang knowledge and Microservice architecture

Essential Functions
•    Participate in product design, development, verification, troubleshooting, and delivery of a system or major subsystems, including authoring project specifications
•    Collaborate with developers to diagnose, debug, and perform root cause analysis of issues and defects.
•    Collaborate cross site QA/DEV stake holders to keep and maintain high quality
•    Use and drive metrics to facilitate decision making at all levels

Education

BE/BTech Equivalent or Masters in CS/EE
Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience is required
