Mission, the main objective for this role: (1-2 Sentences)
Calculating and developing the best engineering solution on the basis of the contract, generating drawings and order lists. This person is the point of contact for sales, production, logistics, suppliers and implementers during the course of the projects and performs R&D work. He will also supervise, mentor and train the other engineers when needed in accordance with the Manager.
Key responsibility Areas: (Major areas of responsibility/accountability)
· Calculating the required electrical systems, such as electrical installation, lighting installation and climate computer.
· Calculating (electrical) powers.
· Making electrical diagrams and drawings.
· Compliance with the schedule; monitoring the costs, technical specifications and quality of the projects.
· Selecting the components with the correct dimensions. Consultation with the sales, production and implementation departments regarding the organization and progress of the projects to be implemented.
· Creating the drawing package for contractors and subcontractors.
· Making adjustments in response to additional wishes that emerge during the implementation of the project; registration of contract variations.
· Be able to support the Manage in preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers.
· Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients if needed.
Skills and Knowledges: (Must be able to do such as: negotiation, computer etc. and personal natural skills such as: communications, data analysis, priorities balance, etc.)
· Engineering degree - must.
· Knowledge of the relevant working packages (Inventor/Solid Works/Navisworks/SEE electrical).
· Knowledge of the greenhouse construction industry - preferrable.
· Working independently and accurately.
· Being able to think analytically and convert it in solutions.
· Possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
· Ability to manage multiple, complex activities.
· Ability to plan & organize activities, multi-task and follow through on commitments.
· Team player.
· Strong customer interpersonal skills.
· Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook).
· Languages: Fluent English (speak and write) – must.
· At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
