Backend Engineer (Europe)

Neon is a multi-cloud Serverless Postgres provider that is designed to make Postgres developers more productive in the cloud. We manage clusters, storage, and compute automatically, so all you need to do is connect and develop.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Ecosystem Team. In this role, you will contribute to developing the product by building out 3rd-party integrations.

You will

• Work on the backend for Neon Integrations
• Join the Product Engineering team and contribute to the development of new features for the product
• Own feature end-to-end, from participating in the design process to iterating based on user feedback after it has been shipped
• Keep the bar high for the code quality and internal DevX
• Participate in on-call rotations to handle and resolve critical issues

We're looking for someone who has

• 3+ years' experience developing backend Golang apps
• Exposure to Infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Github CI/CD, cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Python (for tests) and Typescript (frontend or backend) experience is beneficial
