Staff Product Data Scientist

Join Nav as we build the leading SMB Financial Health Platform on the market. As a Product Data Scientist on the Nav Prime Team, you will design and implement analysis across the product lifecycle and across Nav’s technology stack

YOU WILL: 

• Proactively contribute to, implement, track and analyze product KPIs, recognizing and reacting to changes, and identifying improvement opportunities
• Build reports, find insights, and recommend actionable improvements for improving KPIs
• Design and execute experiments. Conduct performance analyses, provide recommendations, and monitor success of solutions.
• Work extensively with large amounts of customer and transactional data for analytics and validation
• Create ML models to predict customer behavior

ABOUT YOU: 

• A passion for digging in, finding insights, and plugging gaps in an empowered and ownership way. A deep intellectual curiosity and tenacity, with a desire to quickly test and learn. Excited about small businesses and using our data to deliver the best customer experience.
• Ability to clearly analyze and explain user journeys, or funnels, conversion rates, and KPIs. Ability to speak in terms of insights and actions by interpreting the data—not simply showing the data. A fantastic storyteller who is at ease presenting to stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of financial health metrics, industry fundamentals, and trends.
• Proven expertise in SQL, data wrangling, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Experience with data modeling and automation.
• Proven experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Experience with AB/Multivariate testing and attribution modeling.

During the interview process, our recruiter will be explaining how our rubrics work across all of our total rewards ( base, equity, bonus, perks, and benefit) offerings . The base salary for this role is targeted between $145K - $200K per year. Final offer amount is determined by your proficiencies within this level.
