As a Software Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our software development efforts, utilizing your expertise in .NET, microservices, JavaScript, and frontend/backend technologies to drive innovation in medical imaging solutions.

1.    Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of software developers in the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge medical imaging software solutions.

2.    Collaborate closely with product managers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with project goals.

3.    Architect, develop, and optimize scalable and reliable software applications using .NET framework, microservices architecture, and JavaScript frameworks for both frontend and backend development.

4.    Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.

5.    Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.

6.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure the stability and performance of software applications.

7.    Actively participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical design reviews, and propose enhancements to improve system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

8.    Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the software development team.

1.    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

2.    Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET, microservices, and JavaScript technologies.

3.    Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary software development teams and delivering complex projects in the medical imaging or healthcare domain.

4.    Strong proficiency in frontend and backend development frameworks such as React, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.

5.    Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

6.    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decision-making.

7.    Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in medical imaging, such as DICOM, FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance, is highly desirable.

8.    Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
