Summary

MotionPoint is looking for a Senior Partner Manager who will be responsible for managing the relationships between the organization and its marketing channel partners. MotionPoint partners with marketing agencies globally to help their clients with website localization.  This role will both manage those relationships and find new marketing agency partners.  In addition, this role will explore new types of partners beyond marketing agencies that influence website localization such as global commerce, fulfillment, and other platform partners.

This role will be part of the GTM (Go-To-Market) organization and will initially report to the CEO of MotionPoint and transitioned to the SVP, Head of Sales post-onboarding.

Essential Job Functions
  • Monitoring industry trends, new regulations, and technological advances that may impact the business.
  • Assess new partnership opportunities with marketing agencies – both from outbound and internal MotionPoint customer’s agency of record.
  • Explore new partnerships with non-marketing agencies that could be channel partners such as global commerce, platforms, global fulfillment, or consulting agencies.
  • Managing relationships with partners to ensure they are satisfied with the partnership’s performance.
  • Work with marketing to develop and monitor partner marketing programs to nurture existing partners or generate leads for new partners.
  • Travel where necessary to partner events/meetings to represent the business, and or present our solutions to both partners and end user customers of partners.
  • Managing partner relations and communications including negotiating contracts, managing conflicts, and initiating termination procedures when necessary
  • Coordinating with legal staff to establish contracts and agreements with partners.
  • Manage reporting and tracking of partners, lead and opportunity referrals and marketing program results.
  • Identify and continue to iterate IAP (Ideal Agency Profiles) for partners based on characteristics of success.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Agency work experience
  • SaaS Partnership Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Salesforce and Gong
