We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager. Ideal candidate should be a hands-on sales leader with a passion for growing and evolving a diverse business in a dynamic market, creating a positive sales culture, and managing a high performing team. This role will require the implementation of strategies that will allow the company to grow and scale quickly, while guiding their respective team on the ground to manage a current base of business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and maintaining on-premises IT systems, primarily utilizing VMware ESXi in our on-site datacenter.
• Overseeing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
• Implementing and managing DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience with python and other languages associated with AWS and Azure.
• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability of all IT systems.
• Conducting regular security assessments and implementing necessary patches and updates to ensure compliance and security.
• Automating repetitive tasks and optimizing resource usage using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed.
• Documenting system configurations, procedures, and changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems management, with a strong background in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Proficiency with VMware ESXi and experience managing on-site datacenters.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including resource management and optimization.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and system administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Position will require atleast 3 days a week onsite in Woburn office
