ModMed is hiring a driven Enterprise Project Manager to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Client Services team focused on all aspects of EMR or RCM project life cycles from initiation to planning, execution, control, and close for our enterprise client base. This is an exciting opportunity to complete tasks in accordance with all strategic initiatives and objectives as well as providing class-leading software implementation consulting within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! Your Role:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the strategic development and implementation of projects focused on the delivery of a product or services from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers within the strategic scope of work.
  • Work closely with the Sales Organization, Training Services, Technology Services, and Operations teams to manage processes to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project which may include customers and various client services departments.
  • At times, travel for Project Kick-Off, Project Status, Go-Live, or Project Close at the client’s location; up to 25% travel is required.
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the strategic project.
  • Plan and direct schedules of Training and Technology Services.
  • Assess implementation issues, and risks developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client success.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines, and status reports, and perform executive steering committee meetings when necessary.
  • Work closely with all internal/external vendors to ensure all aspects of the project are executed within the scope and on time.
  • Ability to assess potential escalations and mitigate prior to escalating to leadership.
  • Recommend and take action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
  • Work closely with the Sales organization, Operations team, and healthcare facility clients, driving the transition from the sales process, through implementation, and into operational maintenance.
  • Own all project amendments and quote creation within Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Monitor implementation process, schedule and provide regular implementation status reports to external and internal management teams.
  • Lead, coordinate, and facilitate client and internal meetings concerning implementation activities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge and experience for healthcare service implementations and CRM/Project Management technology.
  • Completed all relevant badges for level progression.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other relevant degree.
  • PMP Certification, required.
  • Six Sigma Certification, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant project management and/or management experience, plus at least 2 years of relevant business experienceMinimum of 5+ years experience with clinical environments either through previous clinical training or through clinical implementations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or similar products.
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
  • A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective.
  • A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional project team and work with peers in a team effort.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as warranted by project work; frequency will vary depending on project requirements.
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with individual contributors to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results.
  • Must possess an agile mindset ensuring client success.
