Description
Mobileye is looking for a passionate Software developer to join the Operating System Team in the EyeQ Platform Software Group. The Group is responsible for software components on the EyeQ computer vision SoC, covering all aspects from development and integration to testing and automation.
We are looking to augment our teams in the area of Operating System development and deployment. This area encompasses development and troubleshooting of OS and Distribution related functions and tools. The group develops automotive software and tools mainly in Linux and embedded Linux environments and covers a wide area - from developing tools, maintaining build systems, farm setups and target configurations all the way to developing and testing embedded software.
What will your job look like
- Developing and debugging of software tools and modules for creating and deploying our software to the various platforms
- Maintaining and improving our inhouse Linux distribution
- Supporting internal and external users of these software components
- Develop and field corresponding test automation
- Development, integration and debugging of embedded Linux software for existing and new generation EyeQ chips.
- Participate in hardware board bring-ups
All you need is:
- Outstanding graduate in Computer Science or similar field
- 5+ years of experience in Python programming
- 3+ years of experience in C programming
- Strong experience in working withing a Linux environment
- Experience in working with tools like git, GitLab, Jira
- Experience in working on real-time operating systems or embedded systems
- Background in Automotive Software Development - advantage
- Knowledge of the automotive related standards - advantage
- Experience with build-systems like buildroot, bazel- advantage
- Background in Continuous Integration and Delivery- advantage
