QA Automation Engineer (Javascript) - Mid or Senior

We're looking for a QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER WITH JAVASCRIPT to join our team!

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Mindera, you will ensure that high standards are kept throughout the development process and within the product deliverables. You will also have an important role in planning and developing automated test suites.

Note: Depending on the project and our clients' needs, you may get the chance to pack your bags and take off every now and then. Typically, we estimate travel time to be between 0% and 15%.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Breaking things and finding problems!
• Leading quality assurance processes and functional testing;
• Designing test scenarios, scripts or procedures that fit with the concepts of Test Automation and Continuous Delivery;
• Working with Software Engineers to ensure the right levels of test automation;
• Creating resilient automated test suites to exercise Web and Mobile applications;
• Testing mobile and web applications;
• Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose;
• Being motivated to keep learning about test automation.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience developing automated tests from scratch using JavaScript;
• Experience using Cypress;
• Experience using source control systems;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Fluency in English.
