Your role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll be a part of a team dedicated to providing enhanced engineering support to our Strategic Account Customers. You’ll pursue continuous improvement to help Mindbody achieve its mission: Powering the world’s fitness and wellness businesses and connecting them with more consumers, more effectively, than anyone else.

You'll likely spend time working on

  • Collaborating closely with customers to solve their specific challenges.
  • Providing consultation, system design, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Offering technical assistance and expertise in software development, data engineering, 
    and creative problem solving.
  • Post-Sales support and technical assistance, and potentially assisting in pre-sales 
    activities.
