System Validation Engineer

Microsoft’s Azure Core team in Serbia is looking for an experienced Software Engineer with understanding of data center hardware and architecture to serve as a focal point for system validation activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Development experience in C/C++ with multiple shipped software projects 
• Experience with multithreaded design and debugging 
• Experience with validation systems, testing, regression and automation techniques. 
• Experience with low level software – interfacing and interacting with Hardware 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Experience with high-speed networking equipment  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with verification & validation of hardware, ASIC or FPGA 
• Experience with virtualization technologies and architecture (SR-IOV, Hyper-V) 
• Experience with PowerShell, Python or other scripting languages. 
• Familiarity with Windows internals and WinAPI 
• Experience with cloud storage 
• Experience with data center security
