Software Engineer

With a commitment to making businesses grow, we must constantly ensure that we provide our partners with an easy and intuitive way to manage their campaigns. We are in the process of building a One stop solution (Iris Studio) for all our partners needs to create campaigns, define creatives, and choose audiences(segments) to target the right audiences and make their campaigns effective. The north star vision for Iris Studio is to serve as the ultimate growth advisor for all E+D products. This entails offering comprehensive guidance to product teams, suggesting campaigns, target audiences, and surfaces for targeting, while also providing insights into campaign performance and guiding actions 

For this, we are looking at Full Stack Engineers who believe in simplifying experiences for our customers while they build new capabilities in the system.  

Some of the main tasks that you will do as a full stack engineer are:  

• Modernizing our systems to ensure that our developers can work with the newest and best technology. 
• Build a simplified, performant, and intuitive experience for our customers. 
• Build capabilities to establish Studio as the complete growth advisor for all E+D products. 
• Developing tools to analyze, monitor and recover our services to increase the resiliency of our services. 
• Improving our operational excellence to ensure that the global development team can build, deploy, and manage our service in a secure and compliant manner. 
• Participate in on-call rotation to manage our services in production and take the right actions to mitigate any production issues. 

• Exemplary CS, design, and problem-solving skills, debugging skills. 
• Software design and development experience in front end/backend technologies.  

• Experience working with similar languages such as C#, React, HTML, and JavaScript. 
• Relevant experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable services/platforms. 
• Understanding of REST API framework. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, share and improve. 
• Good technical, cross-group collaboration and communication skills. 
• Understanding of caching concepts and techniques.
