As a Senior Software Engineer in the Edge Platform team, you will lead development for a variety of Edge Computing products and platforms. You will be responsible for bringing in the latest Azure offering in Customer's Edge locations. You will get the opportunity to define the limits of Cloud Computing and work with customers to solve real-world problems. This will be a place where you will innovate to overcome current technology, bring in solutions that solve resiliency, scale, security at a completely different level. • 7+ years of experience in Software Development
• 2+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring cloud services/RESTful service/Distributed system  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms is preferred  
• A strong Computer Science background with solid C#, Java, C/C++ programming, debugging skills is highly desired 
• Experience with Docker, K8s, NodeJS, Typescript and .NET Core is preferred and Linux is a plus
• Great design and problem-solving skills, with a strong bias for architecting for performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Deep understanding of efficient data structures, algorithms and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of threats, vulnerabilities, and writing secure code  
• Bachelor’s/master's degree or equivalent in Computer science or related field required
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude – a self-starter, project finisher and adaptive, collaborative
• Able to analyze and clearly articulate complex issues and technologies.
