Senior Software Engineer

We, the Azure Core Compute team in IDC, pride ourselves in working without boundaries to enable customers realize benefits of leveraging cloud computing. We are looking for a technically savvy and 'learn-it-all' Software Engineer 2 to contribute to the future of our platform’s offerings, while learning all the nuances of designing, building, shipping and managing cloud scale Azure services. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • OR related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript,
  • OR Python
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.

• Experience with
  • distributed programming models 
  • AND multi-threaded/parallel programming
  • AND Full stack development
  • AND .NET.
• Ability to plan, schedule and deliver quality software, and work in a fast paced environment.
