We are the Microsoft Teams Core Services team responsible for delivering mission critical services to provide client applications access to multitude of Office 365 Core Services including our Intelligent Conversations and Communications Cloud.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be building resilient, highly scalable, highly available and highly performant services that leverage state of the art technologies to deliver the next gen collaboration and teamwork experiences. • Own design, development, enhancement, and operations of mission critical services to ensure high availability, scalability, and resiliency.
• Implement resiliency patterns like Circuit Breaker, Retry, Fallback, Bulkhead Isolation, Throttling, Stale Cache, among others.
• Implement efficient patterns to integrate and communicate with our Office 365 Core Services.
• Design and build reusable libraries and advocate best practices to be used across services.

• Effectively mitigate and debug issues found during live-site operations, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, implement top notch monitoring, dashboards, and trouble-shooting guides (TSGs) for services.
