Principal Software Engineer

Scope: Architect and build M365 Copilot Extensibility Platform for accelerating growth of our 3P Ecosystem.

We provide a distributed, scalable, highly reliable, compliant, and secure service for millions of people. In last 6 months, this business has been reinvented with Copilot with a planet scale AI ambition. Trust and fundamentals have increasingly become the cornerstone of our business and customers’ success.

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent degree
• 17+ years of software development experience with C, C++, C#, Java or Python
• Strong customer focus and passion for doing the right thing for the customer
• Proven ability to establish trusted, effective relationships across diverse sets of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and cross group collaboration
