- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Principal level of professional software development experience using C#, Java, Python, or other programming languages
- Senior level of experience of designing and operating cloud services at global scale
- Senior level of experience in people management
- Experience with web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or other web frameworks
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and customer focus skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer focus skills
- Passion for learning new technologies and delivering customer value
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the latest AI technologies and services such as Azure OpenAI
- Experience with platforms such as Fabric, Synapse, Power BI or Power Platform
- Experience with cloud development using Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms
- Experience with data engineering using SQL, NoSQL, Spark, Hadoop, or other data technologies
- Experience with DevOps practices using Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other tools
