Required:
- BS degree in Materials Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing the team and leading the large-scale taskforce
- 10+ years of working experience in product quality discipline in Electronics Industry.
- Demonstrated experience as natural leader of cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Experience in product quality, reliability or product engineering for PCB, PCBA and Electronic assembly
- Solid understanding of quality tools such as 8D, CLCA, SPC, Pareto charts, DFMEA, GR&R, FAI, CPK, PPAP etc.
- Familiar with measurements, ability to identify program NUDD, product CTQ & process CTP.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), good presenter and storyteller with excellent logic.
Preferred:
- Experience at DFM. Preferably in OEM/ODM/CM industry
- Deep understanding of PCB, PCBA and server assembly process
