The Xbox developer relations team seeks a technically inclined Developer Partner Manager based in North America to own and manage relationships with a range of game development studio partners. As Developer Partner Managers, our key focus is to support our external game development partners along their path of developing and releasing great content across our Microsoft platforms including Xbox, Windows PC, Game Pass and Cloud Gaming.
In this role, the Developer Partner Manager will act as the primary point of contact for game development studios as they build their titles and bring them to our platforms. You will advise partners on the latest technologies/services for Microsoft platforms and help solve complex technical problems to assist our developers in building amazing content across multiple devices and services. We are looking for people that love to work in ambiguity and solve issues. Perferred candidates have an interest in learning new things every day, and a great sense of empathy for developers. Working closely with other members of Xbox and other internal Microsoft teams, this role will be an important part of our global organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security) technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support or cross-group/cross-functional engineering
- OR equivalent experience.
2+ years professional experience in the Gaming industry in a technical role working in cross-functional groups
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for gaming and consumer entertainment
- Thorough understanding of game development on Xbox, PlayStation, and/or PC Gaming.
- Respect others and be able to collaborate on resolving issues with others.
- High-level communication skills and be able to establish trusted relationships with partners.
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new technology and end-to-end scenarios
- Flexibility to be able to work with game studios of all sizes, structures and experience levels.
Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
