Hardware Field Application Role

Work with Micron Factory across the globe on hardware design-related issues.

Engage with R&D to close DFX issues.

Drive technical activities to ensure speedy resolution on issues.

Ability to work in a technical lead role independently and with the global cross-functional team.

Analyze the root cause issues of Memory Module (DIMM, LPCAMM), recommend correction and drive corrective action plans.

Collaborate with the customer support team to provide timely and effective solutions.

HW Engineering Role

Design, bring up, test, validate and release to manufacturing complex electronic systems and modules based on product marketing requirements and on new memory technologies

Design such electronics systems and modules by following best practices for signal and power integrity as well as mechanical and thermal design and implementation

Define and implement test and validation plans including thorough design reviews of all major sub-assemblies to guarantee only one prototype leading to the final system/module revision

Support product certification activities, NPI, production and manufacturing, including product transfer form Engineering to manufacturing and materials procurement.

Work with external customers, distributors, vendors, or suppliers to initiate new designs and solve problems.

Oversee the placement, layout and fabrication of the systems and modules.

Skills & Experience

A Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics Engineering with 7+ Year of relevant work Experience. Hands-on ability & comfort in using various lab instruments like oscilloscopes, power supplies, Electronic Load, DAQ, DMM and Function Generator etc Experienced in working end to end of a product cycle in hardware design including hardware architect, circuit design, Debugging, Manufacturing and assembling. Solid knowledge and extensive experience developing systems based on the different High-speed. interfaces like PCIE, DDR, ONFI, UFS etc., and have worked on different communication protocols like I2C, I3C, SPI, UART, USB, JTAG etc., Good understanding of High-speed board design, SI and PI concepts, well experienced in system bring-up, characterization and debugging as well as knowledge of laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic and protocol analyzers.
