Compact Modeling AI/ML Engineer

As a Compact Modeling AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing AI/ML tools/routines for spice model development and its validation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Coordinate with the Compact modeling engineers to understand the spice model development workflow and requirement from the AI/ML tool.
• Gather required input data for AI/ML modeling from the Compact Modeling engineers.
• Communicate with CAD teams for deployments of software in prod.
• Verify the tools for functionality.
• Document details of coding to enable maintenance of the tool.
• Developing software for spice model development and its validation.
• Automating various aspects of compact modeling.
• Simulate benchmark circuits’ design/layouts for checking their functionality and model to hardware correlation.

Successful Candidates for this position will have:

• Hands on experience in building AI/ML Software.
• Experience in working in a cross functional environment.
• Strong command of Linux/Unix.
• Programming skills in Python/Perl/R.
• Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.

Education:

Masters (MTech, MS) or a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or in an equivalent area with emphasis on Machine Learning.
