Full Stack Engineer

Metadata is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The team is responsible for building a real-time behaviour tracking and analytics framework that allows customers to build real-time personalized web experiences and landing pages. 

This role will be responsible for driving end to end features from design & implementation, through to testing. The ideal candidate has experience building robust and scalable features with Python, and a passion to dive deep into challenging code. An understanding of process execution, monitoring, and optimization is a plus.

You will:

• Be responsible for driving end to end features from design& implementation, through testing 
• Have experience building robust and scalable features with Python 
• Have a passion to dive deep into challenging code 
• Have an understanding of process execution, monitoring, and optimization 
• Implement and ship features for digital behavior tracking, analytics engine and integrated frameworks
• Develop high-quality, production ready code that can be used by millions of users of our on-demand platform
• Adopt, embrace, and promote agile and test-driven practices with your peers
• Value team excellence over individual productivity 

You check these boxes:

• Proven expertise with Python programming (2 to 5 years of minimum hands-on experience in Python)
• Experience with building APIs and services using REST 
• Experience with Big Data platforms and SQL knowledge 
• Comfortable with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & command line

Bonus: 

• Good understanding of ReactJS, Node, Webpack, Redux with strong focus on usability design
• Used Key Value stores or noSQL databases 
• Security-first architecture approach 
• Application benchmarking and optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
