As a part of the Growth Infrastructure team, you’ll be working on:
- Developing a robust public API: Our team is crafting a gateway that allows developers to integrate seamlessly with our platform, enhancing connectivity and reach.
- Refining data systems: We optimize the data architecture from product functionalities to marketing strategies, ensuring every interaction is impactful.
- Data-driven sales optimization: By providing actionable insights from our product, we build features that empower the Sales team to make smarter decisions and achieve better outcomes.
- Tools for managing partnerships: We develop tools that enable the partnerships team to efficiently manage and close identified partnerships, enhancing collaboration and accelerating growth.
We’re looking for candidates with experience in or an interest in learning Haskell, and proficiency in SQL. The ideal candidate can build APIs that are easy to use and create long-lasting integrations with external platforms.

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.
Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:
- US employees (any location): $203,100 - $238,900
- Canadian employees (any location): CAD 184,800 – 217,400
