チームのミッション / 業務内容

チームのミッション・求められる役割

  • メルペイのMachine Learningチームでは、機械学習を用いてビジネス課題の特定、モデル構築、開発・運用、生産性向上、信頼性向上を行っています。メルカリグループのデータを使った独自の与信モデル開発、UI/UXの改善に関わる機械学習システムの開発等をしていただきます。

具体的な業務内容は下記のとおりです。 

  • 職務内容
    • 機械学習に関連する以下の業務
      • データ分析とモデル構築
      • 機械学習を用いたプロダクトの設計、開発、改善
      • 運用フロー、実験管理の自動化、効率化
      • 機械学習システムの品質の向上
    • 業務領域
      • 与信領域における機械学習モデルの開発、運用
  • 利用しているツール／開発環境
    • 開発言語：Python3
    • 機械学習・統計モデリングライブラリ：scikit-learn, LightGBM etc.
    • インフラ： Google Cloud Platform
    • 分析基盤：BigQuery
    • 構成管理ツール：Terraform
    • その他：Docker, GitHub, Slack, Confluence etc.

必須条件

  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • Pythonを用いた開発経験（3年以上）
  • RDBMS、SQLの基礎知識、及び実務経験（3年以上）
  • scikit-learn, LightGBM等の機械学習ライブラリを用いたモデル構築経験（2年以上）
  • AWSやGCPを用いたクラウド環境での開発経験（1年以上）
  • 統計に関する基礎的な知識

歓迎条件

  • 与信、不正対策、UI/UX改善等における開発経験
  • 金融機関、Fintech企業での就業経験
