チームのミッション / 業務内容

  • メルペイでは、2,040万MAUを誇る国内最大のフリマアプリ「メルカリ」の利用者を基盤にした、大規模かつ最先端の決済/与信/回収の仕組みづくりを担当していただきます。
    • お客さま体験を最大化するべく、世の中のトレンドやお客さまからのご意見を反映し、サービスに必要な新企画や新機能の立案をしていただきます。そのために、UX Researchや行動分析、業務課題の点検など業務範囲を広げながら、ベストプラクティスを考えていきます。
    • メルペイの与信の仕組みは、他社にはないお客さまの行動履歴をベースにした方法を採用しています。金融包摂を実践する信用のあり方に共感し、一緒に創造していく強い思いをお持ちの方を募集しています。
    • なお、与信・回収の領域に閉じず、お客さま体験を最大化するプロダクトづくりのための企画立案、実現にも活躍の場を広げられます。

  • 具体的な業務内容は下記です。
  • インターンシップでは下記のような業務を担当していただきますが、個人の経験に応じて柔軟にカスタマイズする予定です。
    • 「メルペイ」の企画・開発・運用
    • 機能の企画や実現するための仕様を作成し、エンジニア、デザイナー、カスタマーサービスなどのステークホルダーと連携
    • お客さま向けのサーベイやリサーチを通して世の中のトレンドを理解し、課題解決・機会創出のアイデアと実装を推進


ユニークなチャレンジ

  • 新企画や新機能、既存機能の改善を実現するためには単に仕様を作成するだけではなく、エンジニア、デザイナー、カスタマーサービスなど多様な視点を持っているメンバーと連携をしながらつくり上げていきます。
  • プロダクト開発のプロセスに責任を持ち、クロスファンクショナルチームによって行われる開発プロジェクトをリードすることは、エキサイティングな体験です。また、使ってくださるお客さまの数が多く影響力が大きいプロジェクトに携わることで日々成長を感じられるはずです。


必須条件

  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • 多様なステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進することができるリーダーシップスキル、コミュニケーションスキルのある方
  • メルペイを利用したことがあり、与信など金融領域に興味のある方
  • 2025年6月から2026年5月までに卒業予定で、メルカリに新卒として入社可能な方
