チームのミッション / 業務内容

チームのミッション・求められる役割

  • Payment Platformのエンジニアのマネージャーとして、エンジニアリング組織の課題解決や組織成果最大化という観点から、メルペイから生まれるプロダクトの成長にコミットしていただきます。

具体的な業務内容は下記のとおりです。 

  • 決済領域に関するプロジェクトのリード
  • 採用や育成を通じて、強いエンジニア組織をつくる
  • エンジニアの成長、キャリア構築をサポートする（目標設定、評価、フィードバック）
  • 個人の成長と会社の状況を踏まえて、適切にエンジニアをアサインする
  • 技術的な選択の妥当性をCTOやテックリードたちと議論し、組織や個人の正しい技術的成長に貢献する
  • プロダクトマネージャー、テックリードと協力し、プロダクトの成功をサポートする

  • 開発言語：Go
  • インフラ：Google Cloud Platform(Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Datastore, Storage, Stackdriver Logging, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.)
  • 構成管理ツール：Terraform
  • 分析基盤：BigQuery / Looker
  • モニタリング：Datadog
  • その他：GitHub / Slack / JIRA / Spinnaker / Confluence
  • 開発手法：Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

  • Payment Platformチームでは、メルカリ/メルペイ/メルコイン/メルカリハロといったメルカリグループの各事業を支える決済基盤を開発・運用しています。大規模サービスおよび金融事業を支えるPlatformとして、ビジネスの成長を加速させるだけではなく、膨大なトラフィックを高品質かつセキュアに処理することが求められます。


必須条件

  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • エンジニアリングマネージャー経験（1年以上）
  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • 部門間調整やエンジニアのメンタリングなど高いコミュニケーション能力
  • Backendやインフラなどの技術領域での開発経験
  • AWSやGCPを用いたクラウド環境での開発経験
