Senior Software Engineer

Our website offers a set of interactive tools for our Customers - like browsing the catalog with best-in-class 3D visualizations of materials in realistic spaces, or working on digital canvases. You will be a part of multi-disciplinary team creating innovative products with state of the art technology, collaborating with designers and software engineers continuously.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to translate designs into interactive and visually appealing user interfaces and build “the right things the right way”
• Work in a remote setup within a distributed team, facilitating collaboration, transparency, and processes asynchrony
• Optimize UI and application for performance, scalability, and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth user experience. Be very aware of Accessibility and UX.
• Help the team to rewrite, refactor, and decouple a monolithic Magento application to a NextJS app with a modern stack
• Build unit and end-to-end tests to ensure the high quality and stability of the product

What you’ll bring:

• Master's degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of strong expertise in the React ecosystem, with the ability to design and develop complex user interfaces
• Passion to build the valuable product with the team instead of just delivering features
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working on large applications under high loads, caring about the software architecture and performance
• High proficiency at problem-solving with a focus on speed of delivery, being a team player, and being in details
• Prior experience building e-commerce customer portals
