Product Manager (AI Platform)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between Hyperconnect and Match Group brands, ensuring effective communication, coordination and alignment of objectives.
• Collaborate with Match Group brands to clarify problem statements and establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with Hyperconnect's ML engineers and ML software engineers to ideate and implement the most effective AI solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI-driven solutions.
• Constantly monitor and analyze project progress, performance, and potential risks, and initiate necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and cross-functional teamwork in the AI Production team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI industry trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure informed recommendations for project strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of leading business meetings and facilitating technical discussions with diverse audiences.
• Strategic, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, possessing strong management skills and a background in service planning.
• Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, technologies, and approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 2+ years experience working on enterprise products, preferable in the AI domain.
• Proficiency in data analysis and SQL queries.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with global stakeholders.
