Summary

We are looking for a Front-End Developer who has experience working on Machine Learning applications and also has a passion for creating human-centric interfaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the user interface of ML-based applications, working closely with ML and MLOps Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front end of ML-based applications
• Work closely with middle and back-end developers and ML Engineers to integrate ML models into front end effectively
• Ensure optimal performance, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, usage metrics, and UI/UX best practices
• Conduct thorough testing of an interface: unit, integration, debugging
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Work closely with with ML and MLOps engineers, product managers and product designers to ensure cohesive development and implementatio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Design or related field
• Proven experience as Front-End Developer with existing portfolio of projects
• Knowledge of UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js
• Experience with RESTful API and asynchronous request handling
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
• Familiarity with backend programming languages and database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD
• Contributions to open-source projects and/or strong Github portfolio
• Knowledge of ML concepts and how ML models are integrated into web apps

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$150,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
