Senior Project Manager – Cross Border Services

Overview
• Within Mastercard's Products & Engineering, the Cross-Border Services (previously Mastercard Send Cross-border) Product Platform team defines initiatives, elaborates features and manages the development and delivery of the capabilities supporting the Product team roadmap and ensures competitive differentiation and alignment with key Mastercard priorities.
• Partners with cross-functional global stakeholders (Product, Operations & Technology, Service Management and Cross Border Services Product Managers) - both internal and external - to ensure capabilities support multiple objectives.
• This position is in charge of driving our processes, and leading the key gates, throughout the products life-cycle. It will help our group continuously improve its project management processes and the products documentation.

Role
• Support senior project managers and program delivery with organizing and facilitating the project initiatives life-cycle meetings, ensuring proper content is prepared by requestors and contributors. Provides minutes and reporting
• Capable of working with cross functional team members to capture the status of actions and influence adherence to defined processes. Also collects feedback for continuous and permanent improvements
• Collaborate with product leads ensuring priorities are aligned, Product manager and product owner deliverables are properly tracked, development progress is properly reported, dependencies to providers are properly tracked, defects management process is followed
• Proficient in using worksheets and presentations to gather statistics and provide reporting for management reviews
• Drives improvement of documentation on the products, for both internal and external consumption. Write some of the documents (such as user guides and processes definition), leveraging the knowledge of the team

All About You
• Experience working within a global technology organization managing development and agile program management
• Ability to take accountability, acting with a sense of urgency, and delivering plans with passion, ambition and aptitude
• Project management and organization skills with ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Superior oral and written communication, problem solving, product documentation, and product development skills
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities.
• Ability to learn and adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to apply independent judgment to solve issues
• Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
• Proven track record of applying continuous improvement methodologies across your team
• 5-6 years of Project Management experience working in an Agile environment
