QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that MakerSights SaaS platform is thoroughly tested and meets the highest quality standards. In this role, you will collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing requirements and strategies for our product.

Your Skills, Responsibilities, And Experience

• 3+ years experience working in a QA Engineer role in a SaaS company.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn the ins and outs of our product.
• Deep knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, PlayWright, etc.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (Node.js, Typescript, Python),  databases (MongoDB, Postgres) and tools (Jira, GitHub, TestRail, Postman). Experience with GraphQL and Storybook is a plus.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test suites for new and existing APIs/UIs.
• Performing functional, non-functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborating with other team members during the investigation and reproduction of defects that impact our customers.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
• Ensuring and monitoring the reliable operation of our automated test suites.
• Supporting automated test updates to our CI/CD pipeline.
• Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies and technologies, and implement them as appropriate.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas for improvement and helping to implement changes.
