Associate BI Product Architect _ Tax & Treasury

Global BI team contribute to business success by driving data-informed decision making across Maersk's functions, platforms, regions, and products to drive financial performance management insights.

This role aims to ensure that we work closely with the users to get the requirements and prioritization right, focus on quality and value and know what good looks like, leverage our strength across technology and business performance domain knowledge to help us get successful in our future endeavours

Incumbent will play a key role in identifying the pain/improvement areas and developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, selecting, configuring, developing, and implementing BI products to translate raw data into valuable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to BI Head _ Tax & Treasury and interacting with multiple stakeholders within Maersk Group.
• As a Product Architect you will help develop BI products for Business teams to take better data informed decisions.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirement and translate it into technical specifications
• Build business logics and algorithms
• Propose solution design
• Consult BI Foundation teams (Data Enablement, Data Platforms, Data Science & Analytics, Design) for advice
• Build prototypes
• Work closely with GDA team (Global Data Analytics) on full-scale development, UAT & deployment
• Prepare solution design document & user manuals along with GDA

Experience / Qualifications

• 7-9 years of relevant work experience
• University or higher degree in Finance / BSC / BCA / MCA
• Hands on experience in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Good systems and software knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of Python or SQL to build data models, and Azure Components is a clear advantage
• Certifications in Data analytics would be good to have
