LPA is seeking a passionate Civil Project Engineer to join our integrated team of engineers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. As a member of our civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects from office, education and recreation buildings to complex laboratories, health care facilities, and performing arts centers. Civil Project Engineer Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering required.
- 8+ years of experience in all phases of civil engineering projects.
- Professional Engineering license required.
Civil Project Engineer Requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of industry software.
- Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead civil design projects with mentorship from Project Manager and Director.
Civil Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- The Project Engineer will work in unison with Project Designers and Project Managers to lead the project design process.
- Be part of the project team and be responsible for planning and project development for the success of the overall project.
- Prepare documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents.
- Understand the construction administration of a project.
- Mentor younger designers.
- Active in professional organizations.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
