The Role:

This Solution engineer (Pre-sales) is responsible for leading and supporting technical & solution sales for Logitech B2B solution and product such as video conferencing, personal workspace, and hybrid workplace during the sales process. This position works closely with B2B sales team, AV/SI/Design providers, channels, marketing, and global alliance partners such as Microsoft, Zoom and Google. This is a key position to support quality improvement, develop competitive strategy, and lead technical enablement for especially Video Collaboration and Smart Workplace category based on customer and market requirement. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

• Perform product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POC’s) with partners and potential customers

• Provide technical knowledge and present technical aspects of solutions during sales presentations to partners and customers via onsite and video conferencing

• Coordinate with sales team to identify customer’s technical requirements and provide corresponding solution
• Collaborate and co-work, whenever necessary/applicable, with various Cloud based VC solution vendors

• Communicate with management and product development on competition & product enhancements

• Identification and prioritization of technical issues and improvement activities

• Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.

• Participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs.
                                                                                                                                          
Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

minimum of  7 years IT pre-sales/technical experience, having served various customers in Enterprise and/or SMB customers.

• Good understanding of electronic assembly processes and/or Video conferencing.

• Experience in proposing and consulting on hybrid workplace solutions.

• Team-player and interpersonal skills required.

• Hands-on experience in debugging, failure analysis and functional verification of modular components (camera, speakerphone, software) is a plus.

• Superior communications skills.

• Ability to travel > 50% to partner & customer locations.

• English Literacy (Spoken / Written) Level – Intermediate or higher is a plus.

• Education: Bachelor or above is nice to have
