Position Summary:

We are seeking a product manager to lead our mobile data product line. As the product manager of Mobile Data Product Management, you will be responsible for LiveU's mobile data product offering around the world. Mobile data is a product LiveU resells as part of its core offering and is strategic to our business. We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated individual contributor who will take this offering to the next level.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define new mobile data offerings that integrated with LiveU products and offerings both commercially and technically.
  • Build mobile data MRDs, PRDs and define functional HW and SW requirements for R&D.
  • Own consolidated mobile data P&L.
  • Analyze performance of mobile data products and make data driven decisions about the roadmap for those products.
  • Support mobile data operations teams who negotiate mobile data deals.
  • Lead validation and certification of new mobile data vendors.
  • Define LiveU certification requirements with cellular operators.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with mobile data including familiarity with cellular data plans from MVNOs and MNOs around the world, including plans targeted at consumers, B2B and IOT vendors and the corresponding billing models used, including metering. 
  • At least 4 years of experience in product management or business or product marketing positions in large technology or B2C telco companies
  • The candidate should be familiar with different techniques of offering cellular data in various parts of the world such as roaming agreements, Multi-IMSI, etc. In addition, familiarity with emergent technologies around eSIM, such as standards including SGP.02, SGP.22 and SGP.32 and emergent technologies around 5G such as Stand Alone networks and slicing. familiar with end-product certification including certification with PTCRB
  • Candidate should be familiar with typical data billing and operations including plan optimization techniques and billing management platform (i.e. Cisco Jasper).
  • Proficient in financial analysis and data analytics
  • Familiar with with specific product offerings from network carriers including example such as AT&T FirstNet and Dynamic Traffic Management, as well as private network offerings from Verizon and AT&T.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
