 Lili is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team.

Experience:

• At least five years of experience working as a Data Scientist, preferably in the fintech industry.
• MSc or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:  

• Hands-on experience in model development, production-grade implementation, and performance monitoring.
• Background in credit risk modeling is an advantage.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of solutions.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with optimization techniques.
• Excellent Python and SQL skills.
• Proficient in using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other relevant libraries.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Experience in evaluating, testing, and implementing internal and external data sources.
• Engineering background with the ability to deploy ML solutions in production is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to collect and preprocess data, and build and maintain data pipelines.
• Use data visualization tools to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
