Primary Responsibilities

  • Work from established system requirements and subsystem designs, and use established engineering processes, to develop the system build flow and test operations.
  • Follow engineering, lab, and safety standards and assist engineers in system integration and documentation efforts.

  • Design and execute system and subsystem performance and functional tests.
  • Evaluate proposed subsystem designs for manufacturability and integration.
  • Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and create actionable items and system improvements.
  • Manage the availability of test equipment between different projects.
  • Collaborate with managers and leads to provide input to schedules and other project artifacts as required.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate detailed schedules, ensuring the team is aware of tasks and deadlines, including resource identification and acquisition.
